Responsibility

Due to tragic consequences of structural failures, we strive to develop a culture that places high value on the principles: “responsibility” and “accountability”. Although this is difficult to establish in a young computerized generation that we find is moving away from these values and more towards a percentage-based approach, we ensure its embedment by placing extreme emphasis on individual work ethic and a complete understanding of tasks at hand. We spend endless hours on schooling to establish this understanding and more hours refining work until the highest quality is met.
