Residential

We have extensive experience with residential projects ranging from private residences to multi-storey complexes, many of which required special foundation solutions to counter for example expansive clays or sinkhole development. Our role on these projects normally includes civil and structural engineering as defined by the legal national appointment.

Apart from private residences, the general simplicity of these structures allows for the development of modular construction systems by the larger construction companies, which in turn allows for the costing and execution to be done on a turn-key basis. This modular approach increases construction speed and encourages design optimization of structural components that are effectively mass produced.
