Commercial
We have completed numerous commercial structures as either principle civil- and structural engineers or specialist structural design sub-consultants. We have gained experience with office buildings, vehicle dealerships, hospitals, hotels, shopping centres, airport buildings, petrol stations, etc.
The commercial project environment is vibrant and time- and cost sensitive. We are normally appointed on the conventional basis and function as part of the professional team led by others.
Apart from design optimization whereby development costs are restricted, our general approach allows us to effectively manage changes on tight timelines and incorporate changing information from other consultants.
