We are fortunate to be continuously involved with industrial developments for regular clients. Our experience includes projects in the health and food industry, fertilizer industry, and motor manufacturing industry. We also have minor experience with power stations and the petrochemical sector.
Our role on projects in this industry is more extensive and to date involved that of the general planner (inclusive of design, costing, project management and handover) and owner’s engineer.
We find the biggest advantage in this sector to be that clients are normally the owners and end-users of the infrastructure, which’ moves their focus from cost to quality and longevity.
